01 / SAY WHAT, WHO AND WHY

A specific opportunity, with a reason to act.

We propose three community comedy nights in London, Birmingham and Manchester to raise unrestricted funds supporting families facing food insecurity. Each evening would bring local supporters together around a clear appeal and a welcoming shared experience. The fundraising team would own delivery, supported by the local volunteer leads.

The base case assumes 300 paid tickets per city at £20 each. We would test demand through expressions of interest before making any commitment, and obtain written venue and production quotes. No artist, venue or supplier would be booked before approval. Ticket sales would be reviewed against an agreed checkpoint so the team could reduce the programme if demand falls short. A named lead would reconcile income and costs, record feedback from attendees and volunteers, and report the result within two weeks of the final event.
